EMPOWER - Embrace your Menstrual POWER

Join us for the first of a three-part program where we dive into different aspects of empowerment.

In this Embrace your Menstrual Power session, we are going to chat about all things menstruation.

We will kick off with a Masterclass on menstruation where the goal is to empower you with knowledge on what the phases of your menstrual cycle are, how to use this as a tool to maximize your potential in fitness, nutrition, hormones, and overall well-being, and to leave feeling more curious to learn more!

We then invited people who have made their passion on menstruation their business in varying forms to sit on a moderated panel talk. Here, we’ll be able to discuss different angles of using menstruation to your power and, ultimately, fuel you with the knowledge to understand what is actually going on when women go through these phases.

This event is open to anyone who is curious to learn about menstruation to join!
