10:30 – 11:30 | Let’s walk!

  • Quick intro to Umaversity & today’s purpose

  • Dive into light, heartful convos as we walk

  • Group photo moment!

11:30 – 12:00 | Close & Reflect

  • Return to your post-it: how did your intention unfold?

  • Add a short affirmation under it

  • Group goodbye (and see you during the winter walk?)
