Please show up with 100% presence. I know it’s easy to watch something while doing other things, but as they say: how you do anything, is how you do everything.  So please show up for yourself. Turn off your phone, don’t check other tabs on your computer.  Be in a room by yourself, with closed door, so you can easily close your eyes for the practices and feel safe to drop in.
