• Metro: Take the Noord-Zuid-Line from Amsterdam Central to Rokin (direction Zuid) or from Amsterdam Zuid station (direction Noord). From there it's a 10 minute walk to your destination.

• Tram: Board Tram Line 2,12 or 17 from Amsterdam Central Station and get out at the stop Keizersgracht. From Keizersgracht, it's about a 1-minute walk to your destination, it's right in front.

By Foot or by Bike:

• From Amsterdam Centraal Station: Walking: Approximately 25 minutes. Cycling: Around 7 minutes.

• From Dam Square: Walking: Approximately 14 minutes. Cycling: Around 5 minutes.

By Car & Parking:

• Parking: Street parking near Nio House is limited.

• Consider using a nearby parking garage, such as Q-Park Byzantium or Parkbee locations Nassaukade or Molenpad

• Alternatively, you can use a Park and Ride (P+R) facility on the outskirts of the city and continue to the center by public transport. P+R rates are more affordable, ranging from €6 to €13 per 24 hours, depending on the time of arrival.

Yes, refunds are available within 24 hours of purchase, provided you have not logged into your account or accessed any membership benefits. After 24 hours or upon accessing benefits, the membership fee becomes non-refundable.
