Welcome to Your Magical Journey!

The first day will be an easy day as guests may be arriving throughout the early evening. We will pick you and the other guests up from the airport and bring you to the villa where a tailor-made welcome goodie bag will be waiting for you.

The program will kick off after arrival at the villa with traditional Brazilian drinks and snacks. An easy welcome, with games, laughter, and getting to know each other awaits you. You can get a relaxing massage before drifting off to sleep.

Sun Salutations and Sunset Bliss

Wake up to the promise of a transformational day. We'll start the day early with a group breakfast and guided meditation to set your intentions for the week.

Then we will go to the captivating Ipanema Beach where we will enjoy the beach life of Rio drinking out of fresh ice-cold coconuts.

We will end the day on a golden note with a sunset that paints the sky at Ipanema Beach at the famous Arpoador, followed by a typical Carioca dinner and caipirinhas. Throughout the day you can enjoy a complementary massage to unwind.

Market Treasures, Samba & Forró

We'll start the day with a group breakfast and a women+'s circle.

Then we will go explore the vibrant Gloria Market to find cute and unique handmade treasures.

After lunch and some free time by the pool, we will dive into a samba class that unleashes your inner Sambista.

In the evening enjoy soulful dining, and groove to the rhythm of an all-female forró band led by Dutch flutist Floor Polder.

Wellness, Wonder, and Warmth

We'll start the day with a group breakfast and embark on a journey of self-discovery with a transformative sexual wellness session by sexual wellness expert Danique, followed by moments of free time at the villa. Relish in a soothing massage, a 1:1 session with our experts, or feel the sun's kiss by the poolside.

After this, we will go to Praia Vermelha (Red Beach) where we will do an easy hike to the first stop of Pão de Açúcar (the famous SugarLoaf mountain) and take the cable car to the highest point to witness an amazing sunset with a breathtaking view of Rio.

Then we will go back to the villa to connect and unwind during and after a lovely Brazilian dinner by the pool.

Icons, Beaches, and Sweet Delights

After an early group breakfast and women+'s circle, we will go to the famous Corcovado mountain where we will visit the iconic Christ the Redeemer and you can take your ‘I’ve been to Rio selfies’!

After this, we will travel to one of the beautiful beaches a little outside of the city to enjoy the ocean breeze and get that sunglow.

In the evening after dinner, embrace the flavors of Brazil by crafting your own beijinho and brigadeiro desserts.

Nature's Embrace and Unleash Your Moves

This day will start with an early group breakfast where afterwards you will get a manifestation workshop by Jo Sarah. Afterwards, we will roam the enchanting Botanical Gardens of Rio, savouring every breath of nature whilst writing your own affirmations for the life that you desire.

After a nice lunch, there is some free time to enjoy some well-deserved self-care, a 1:1 session with our experts and lounging by the pool. In the late afternoon, you will learn the art of Brazilian twerking in a class that promises laughter and empowerment.

After a lovely dinner, embark on another journey of self-exploration with a revitalising sexual wellness session by Danique.

Heels, adventures afloat & giving back

The morning will begin with a group breakfast and then a sexy high heels class with Amber to connect with your sensuality.

Then we'll set sail for adventure with a boat trip that combines the thrill of discovery with the comfort of lunch aboard.

In the evening after dinner, we will have a women+'s market where we will invite female+ business owners to come to the villa and display their amazing handmade products, accessories, and clothes that you can buy. This way we have a chance to give back to and support the women+ of Rio.

Sing your heart out & Dazzling Night

The day will start with a group breakfast, followed by a singing circle to activate your voice, learn Brazilian songs, and feel empowered to just let go with artist Jo Sarah.

Afterward, you will have some free time to chill by the pool, get your tattoo, or have a 1:1 session.

As the day draws to a close, and our last special dinner together, get ready to sway to the beat of a samba show where you can absorb the melodies and rhythms of live samba. And hey, maybe even practice your samba dancing!

Gratitude and Farewell

This is the last day of the retreat in Rio de Janeiro. The retreat is almost over, but we aren’t done yet! We will have our daily breakfast routine and a closing circle, surrounded by newfound friends, expressing your gratitude for this transformative journey.

Afterward, you will have the opportunity to get your own tattoo as a memory etched in ink with tattoo artist Quezia or a final dip in the pool to cherish these moments as you bid farewell, knowing that this is just the beginning of your empowered journey. We will bring you to the airport to catch that bittersweet flight back home. We know you will have saudades !!
